Biography

Dr. Kurochkina received her PhD degree in 1990 in Biophysics at the Institute of Protein Research, Russian Academy of Sciences, Puschino, Russia. She worked as postdoctoral fellow at the National Cancer Institute of the National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, USA. After working at Applied Thermodynamics, she obtained the position of a Professor at the School of Theoretical Modeling. She has published more than 30 research articles in SCI(E) journals, authored a book, and is a book editor with Springer Nature.

Ladislav. Volicer, MD, PhD, FAAN, FGSA is currently the Courtesy Full Professor at the School of Aging Studies, University of South Florida, Tampa, FL, Twenty five years ago, he established one of the first Dementia Special Care Units and introduced the concept of structured palliative care for patients with advanced dementia. Goals of care on this unit are quality of life, dignity and comfort instead of prolongation of life at all costs. Dr. Volicer investigated various aspects of dementia care and published over 300 articles and chapters and edited six books on clinical management of dementia.

Ken Ware is Founder of Neurotricional Sciences Pty Ltd and NeuroPhysics Therapy and Research. He has been in private practice for almost 30 years, whist doing independent and collaborative therapy based research. He has presented his unique research and findings at 10 major International Science Conference, including Neuroscience, Physics, Psychology, and Life Sciences, covering a very broad scientific audience. His research and findings are published in ‘Frontiers in Clinical Physiology’ - ‘World Journal of Neuroscience’ – ‘World Journal of Cardiovascular diseases’. Ken is also a former Mr. Universe 1994, National powerlifting and Bodybuilding champion and record holder. He is the recipient of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth’s’ ‘Australian Sports Medal’ - in 2000, in recognition of his personal contributions to the development of the Australian Sporting Culture.

MS. SUCHI is an experienced International Pre School Principal/Manager who picked up Laughter exercises from many coaches around the world. She then designed ‘Laughter Therapy’ which is being used in many places such as hospitals and Senior Activity Centres. She provides individual and group therapy in educational and home settings. A former Manager / Trainer is now engages in building social awareness about Holistic approach for recovery. Be it Depression, Anxiety caused by physical or emotional pain, Death in the family and the harm the unhappiness brings to people, families and communities. Her aim is to encourage people to seek help early and get on the path to recovery. Her works has been featured in local press, TV and Radio and has been an invited speaker at various community clubs and educational Institutions. She has also been awarded by MINDS and various community clubs in recognition of her social work.

Dr. Adam Wiśniewski is currently working as Assistant Professor in Department of Neurology at Collegium Medicum in Bydgoszcz, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Poland. He received his Medicine Doctor degree on December, 2018 from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Poland. From 1 October 2019- the Head of Stroke Intensive Unit in Department of Neurology, The University Hospital No 1 in Bydgoszcz, Poland. Dr. Wiśniewski has authored several relevant publications in respective peer-review journals. His publications reflect his research interests in relationships between stroke and platelet reactivity. He is a member of American Heart Association/ American Stroke Association- Stroke Council, European Stroke Organisation, World Stroke Organisation, and European Academy of Neurology.

Sanjeev completed his Master of Science degree in Chemistry from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He qualified Council for Scientific and Industrial Research examination and GATE examination with 94.94 percentile in Chemical Sciences. He received his PhD degree in the field of magnetic resonance imaging and spectroscopy from SGPIGIMS, Lucknow, India. Currently, Sanjeev is working as a Research Assistant Professor in Radiology Department, Perelman School of Medicine at University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA. Sanjeev’s research interest includes development and application of MR imaging and spectroscopy methods to study neurological disorders. Sanjeev has authored 87 peer-reviewed research articles and book chapters.

Dr. Fernanda Bonilla Colomé is a brazillian doctor living in Curitiba. In the south of Brazil. Certified in Medicine in Porto Alegre by Brazillian Luteran University. She´s certified as a Pediatrician from Mackenzie Evangelical University Hospital and in Neuropediatrics from Little Prince Hospital, both localized in the city of Curitiba. During the two years of the residency program in Neuropediatrics, she studied with Dr. Adriana Banzatto Ortega about Neuromuscular diseases, especially Spinal Muscular Atrophy. She is currently taking Masters Degree in Health Sciences Teaching and teaching residents and graduation students in Mackenzie Evangelical University. She is currently attending her office at the Neurokids clinic and at the Pediatric Specialties Center in the cities of Colombo and Curitiba respectively.

Dr. Capani received his diploma as a Medicine Doctor, MD, at the School of Medicine of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1993. He pursued studying Neurosciences and in 1997 achieved his Ph.D. degree at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), Buenos Aires, Argentina. He developed as a post-doctoral research fellow at the National Center for Electron Microscopy and Imaging Research (NCMIR-UCSD-USA, Mark Ellisman Laboratory) between 1997 and 2002 and as a visiting scientist at the Department of Neuroscience of the Karolinska Institute (Oleg Shupliakov Laboratory). In 2006, Dr. Capani joined the Department of Histology and Cell Biology at the School of Medicine of the University of Buenos Aires, as an Assistant Research Scientist of the National Research Council (CONICET) Argentina, working at the Cell Biology and Neuroscience Institute “Prof. Dr. Eduardo de Robertis” (IBCN).. In 2008, Dr. Capani moved to the Institute of Cardiological Research (ININCA. UBA-CONICET) where he was appointed as Vice Director of the Institute and Head of the Laboratory of Cytoarchitecture and Neuronal Plasticity. In 2009, Dr. Capani was appointed as a Full Professor at the Department of Biology of the John F. Kennedy University, Buenos Aires, Argentinian. In 2018, Dr. Capani was appointed as the Director of the ININCA. UBA-CONICET. He has collaborated as a Visiting Researcher at the Federal University of Río de Janeiro, Brazil, the Marburg University, Germany, the Greifswald University, Germany, the University of Catania, Italy, the University of Málaga, the University Javeriana, Colombia, and the Institute of Histology and Embryology (IHEM), Mendoza Argentina.

Dr. Saara Ahmad Muddasir Khan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biological and Biomedical Sciences at the Aga Khan University, Karachi, Pakistan. She has MBBS, M.Phil. (Biochemistry) and PhD (Biochemistry) degrees to her credit. Her field of interest includes neurochemistry and neuropharmacology in psycho-neurological deficits, Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s dementia; endocrinology and genetics of rare disorders. She is also involved in development of translational medicine in the fields of neurology and psychiatry as well as finding the rare genetic mutations in stone formation and neuro-genetics. She is also working as the coordination of the MPhil program of Biological and Biomedical Sciences at the Aga Khan University.

Dr.esraa kamal elbaz, studied at faculty of medicine menoufia university, graduated at 2013,then spent the year of privilege at menoufia university hospital,then spent the commissioning period at shebin elkom hospital, then became resident at mnoufia university hospital at 2016, then finished the residence period at 2019 and now becomes staff member at faculty of medicine menoufia university. This is my first study to publish.
